Delivery

We use Royal Mail for the delivery of our smaller orders and a ParcelForce Courier for larger or heavier consignments. All our cards are packed in suitable boxes and then given an extra strong outer wrapper of kraft paper and plastic cello ensuring safe delivery.

UK Delivery: 
Free Same day 1st Class delivery on all Individual Cards, Luxury Cards and Chocolates if ordered before 1.00pm (Monday to Thursday only and excluding Bank Holidays)

Next Day Special delivery (UK Mainland only)
Select this service at the time of your order if you require it to be sent by special delivery. Next day Special Delivery service starts at £4.50 for smaller orders. Orders must be made before 1.00pm Monday to Thursday for this service.

Saturday delivery (UK Mainland only)

Invitation orders: 
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery once your proof has been agreed. A signature will be required upon receipt of your order.

Wedding stationery orders: 
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier depending on size and weight and will require a signature upon arrival.

International Shipping:
We regularly ship our stationery products to Europe, USA and Australia. Shipping will be calculated upon ordering. We offer two shipping services to International destinations.

1 Global Priority: Guaranteed delivery service from 3 working days including tracking service and signature required upon delivery.
2 Air Mail: Delivery aimed at 4-9 working days, no tracking service available and no signature required upon delivery.

USA Shipping:
We have a quick turnaround on our USA orders. Individual Greeting Cards, Luxury cards and Chocolates take approximately 5 working days to reach the USA.
Invitations and Wedding Stationery orders are shipped once proofs have been agreed and delivery normally takes 5-9 working days, but please allow up to 30 days if you need your order by a specific time. For European and International Shipping enquiries please email or Tel: 011 + 44 (0)1422

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.
