If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from date of receiving for a refund or exchange provided it is in as new condition and in its original box and packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Any refunds, will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order.
Availability of Goods:
All products are handmade and subject to availability, orders placed on items that have to be made up may take longer to be dispatched.
Damaged in Transit:
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on any delivery documentation that may come with your order, it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.
Cancellation of Orders:
Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its despatch, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01422 204408 stating your name and order number. Please Note: If your order has been prepared for packaging, cancellations can only be accepted for orders where no personalisation has been requested.
