Delivery Policy

We use Royal Mail for the delivery of most our cards and ParcelForce for larger consignments, all our cards are packed in boxes and protected with bubble wrap. Goods are posted within two days of ordering if the items are in stock, this may take longer if cards need to be handmade or personalised but generally you will receive your order within seven working days.

Orders received for Last Minute Cards before 12pm midday will be sent in that days Royal Mail first class post. Royal Mail first class post has a guaranteed 90% next day delivery. However you should allow at least 2 (two) working days for delivery.

You are required to advise us at the time of your order if you require your order to be sent by special delivery. Last Minute cards sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed next day delivery excluding Sundays. Due to the available postal service orders received on Saturday will not be posted until Monday.

N.B. Our Last Minute Service is only available for addresses located within the UK.

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.

Unless stated otherwise:

• All boxes of 10 cards are 2.00
• Last Minute cards 2.00 first class mailed each day at 3pm or 5.50 next day
• Special Delivery guaranteed mailed before 5pm
• Large individual designs 2.00 or 5.50 next day
• Luxury cards 2.00 or 5.50 Special Delivery (insured)
• Wedding stationery from 3.00 up to 15.00 maximum per consignment
• Virgin Cosmetics Manager and Consultant packs 3.00
• Star achiever cards 2.00
• Five boxes and more are charged at 10.00 fixed price
• Personalisation is 2.50 per box of 10 cards
