
In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel or postpone your wedding then the following cancellation charges shall apply :-
More than 8 weeks before the agreed delivery date. Full refund of all monies paid
Between 8 weeks and 21 days before the agreed delivery date. 50% of order value is non-refundable.
Less than 21 days before the agreed delivery date. The full order value is non-refundable.
All items are covered by our standard 7 day money back guarantee (excluding postage).
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from date of receiving for a refund or exchange provided it is in as new condition and in its original box and packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Any refunds, will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification however refunds usually reach your account within 4 working days, please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited and cleared.
Availability of Goods:-
All products are handmade and subject to availability, orders placed on items that have to be made up may take a longer to be dispatched.
Damaged in Transit:-
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on any delivery documentation that may come with your order, it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods:-
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
Cancellation of Orders:-
Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its despatch, please contact us at sales@gibsondoyle.co.uk or 01422 204408 stating your name and order number. Please Note: If your order has been prepared for packaging, cancellations can only be accepted for orders where no personalisation has been requested .
